These Terms apply only to the Website. Paid use of Hexmodal devices, gateways, the Hexmodal Dashboard, the Digital Binder, and related services (the “Hexmodal Platform”) is governed by a separate written agreement between Hexmodal and the applicable customer.

1. Eligibility

The Website is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

By using the Website, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Informational Purpose Only

The Website provides general information about Hexmodal products, services, support resources, and compliance topics relevant to fire safety, emergency lighting, cold storage, and room environment monitoring.

Content on the Website, including references to standards such as NFPA 10, NFPA 99, NFPA 101, ASHRAE 170, CMS, Joint Commission, and DNV requirements, is provided for informational purposes only.

It does not constitute legal, regulatory, engineering, medical, or professional advice.

You are responsible for confirming all compliance obligations with the authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) and qualified professionals.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
